Louisiana Gulf Coast Herpetological Society is an organization of amateurs and professionals who share an interest in reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. The LGCHS is dedicated to: the responsible captive husbandry of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates field observation & responsible collection of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates public education about reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates the conservation of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, especially in the Gulf South. The LGCHS is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation under the laws of the State of Louisiana.
